Masters of the Universe Toys

Anyone watching the new Masters of the Universe Revelation on Netflix? I started episode 1 and it seems pretty good so far. I remember He-Man and She-Ra as a kid. I had a ton of She-Ra figures back in the day.

You can find this new toy at Entertainment Earth for pre-order. For $23.99.

Did you watch He-Man when it first came out? It certainly makes me feel old.

Dumpster Fire Vinyl Figure

Yep, it's been that kind of a year. I bet most of us are glad 2020 is almost over.

Why not get this cute lil vinyl figure?

I like collecting vinyl figures of all different genres. This one makes me laugh.

How was your year?

You can pre order it here.

X-Men Phoenix Entertainment Earth Exclusive

You can now pre-order the

X-Men Phoenix Glow-in-the-Dark Pop! Vinyl Figure - EE Excl.

It is estimated to ship out in November of this year. This Funko Pop glows in the dark. I don't know if I own any glow in the dark pops yet. Funko is one of my favorite toys to collect. There is something for everyone.

I have not seen the new Phoenix movie yet. I do like the X-Men movies though.

Do you have a favorite X-Men character?

Spyro Vinyl Toy Kidrobot

Spyro mini series vinyl toys look pretty cute. You can find them at Kidrobot. Each figure stands 3" tall. They even have a cute plush Spyro.

You can collect all 13 figures. They come in blind boxes. Each one is $9.99.

I have bought blind boxes from Kidrobot before and liked them. They are sturdy and good quality.

Did you ever play any games with Spyro?

Funko Collecting

Marceline and Ahsoka

Collections. You can collect trains, buttons, hats, and well just about anything. I like to collect Funko Pops. It is always fun to hunt for the Funko that is your favorite. The shows and movies you have come to adore.
Marceline from Adventure Time is a favorite of mine. My inner soul maybe.
And Ahsoka is one of my favorite  characters in Star Wars lore. Like that time when she says, "I am no Jedi." Swoon worthy moment.

Some collectors keep them in their boxes. Not me. I like to play with my toys. But of course I run the risk of my kids destroying them.

Saruman

One of my recent ones is Saruman from Lord of the Rings. Yes, I am slow at collecting. Can't afford all of the wants.

Do you collect something? Let me know in the comments.

Kidrobot Hello Sanrio Plush Burger Charm

Kidrobot offers a nice range of collectible vinyl toys. You can get fun blind boxes for some of your favorite animation series. In the past I have bought boxes from Adult Swim collab and also Bob's Burgers.

Sanrio is certainly on my list of favorite things. Anything Kawaii or plushie I will get either for me or my daughters.

I bought this cute Kidrobot and hello Sanrio plush burger charm blind box.

Look who we got. Badtz Maru burger. I love that he is purple.

Do you know a Sanrio fan? These would be perfect for them.  They come as keychains, so you can put them on your bag or backpack.

Who is your favorite Sanrio character? Let me know in the comments.

Harry Potter Lego Minifigures

Harry Potter Lego Minifigures

I was excited to see Harry Potter Lego Minifigures in the store the other day. I love Lego and so does the family. I bought 2 blind packs and got doubles but that is okay.

Do you love the Harry Potter movies? I really enjoyed all of them.

Hermione Mini figure
I got Hermione. I like how she comes with her cat. They even put 2 wands in the pack. Harry couldn't survive if it wasn't for Hermione's brains.

September Nerd Block Jr. Subscription Box Review

Scribblenauts Unmasked: Wonder Woman

This is our third month getting the Nerd Block Jr. subscription box. Each month a new box filled with cool toys comes in the mail. You pay a set amount and it's always a surprise. I think it's fun but sometimes my son doesn't always like the items that arrives. With blind boxes, you never know what you might get. So for the Scribblenauts Unmasked DC Collectible mystery box, we got Wonder Woman. My son throws it to me and says "here, you have it." Sure, I will take Wonder Woman.

Giant Microbes

Next up, we got a plushie Brain Cell. Giant Microbes is a pretty neat brand that has plushies in the form of germs and other things scientific in nature. They are fun but at the same time educational. I think my daughter liked this one.

Hot Wheels

This was a good item because both of my children like playing with cars. I used to have a collection of Hot Wheels when I was a kid too. You know you have too many when your living room looks like a traffic jam.

Pokemon Stickers

I think stickers always work but they usually end up on the floor or the table. Noah used to watch Pokemon Tv series but now he just likes collecting the cards. I personally want a Pikachu Plushie.

Sonic The Hedgehog

Another one that goes to my daughter, Nia. Noah would rather have had Sonic of course. These are little pull back racers. They are tiny and cute.

The last item that was in the box was a Trash Pack blind pack. It was a tiny potty with some creature coming out of it. I thought it was gross but my son thought it was funny. Kids love that sort of thing.

Overall this month was okay. I asked my son if he wanted to upgrade to a Nerd Block subscription instead of the Junior, he seemed to like that idea. We pay $19.99 each month for the subscription. They break it down to $13.99 for the box and the rest for shipping.

Do you get the Nerd Block Jr or any other Nerd subscription box?
